To make my pricing simpler, I charge for my time, the only difference being for facials and heated treatments due to the increased cost in kit used in treatment. My costs are included on each treatments page.
THAI MASSAGE
This is by far my favourite treatment, It is a traditional Eastern treatment based on Ayervedic medicine and is done through a series of gentle stretches and energy work. Whilst it may not be a “relaxing” treatment during the session you will feel totally relaxed afterwards. People often comment that they feel as though they have no bones afterwards.
SWEDISH MASSAGE
A traditional massage done that can be tailored to suit your needs. Whether that is stress release, relief of muscle tension or you're simply after a little pampering. Done with coconut oil (other oils available on request) to give you beautiful soft skin and a scent which takes you off to tropical climbs.
Acupuncture
I'm trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture. This ancient therapy has been used as preventative healthcare for thousands of years. Looking at the symptoms and finding the root cause and tackling this is the focus of Acupuncture.
HOT BAMBOO
If you are after a deep treatment then this is the one for you, I can get much deeper pressure using the bamboo than I can with my hands. It is a truly lovely therapy.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Lymphatic drainage should not be confused with traditional massage as it is very different. It involves a lot of flowing gentle skin stretching movement. This is done to aid the lymphatic system, in its removal of waste products.
DRY CUPPING & BODY GUA SHA
Dry cupping is a very deep treatment designed to remove the body of any stagnation. Promoting good blood and lymph flow and relieving muscle tension. An all round amazing treatment.
KOREAN HAND THERAPY
Korean hand therapy is a diagnostic treatment that is used to identify and treat common ailments. That essentially involves the stimulation of various points on the hand through a variety of techniques
